Every now and then a girl’s gotta do a good old-fashioned art project. I got the itch a couple of weeks ago after a trip to the ever-inspirational Brooklyn Flea.

I had purchased some old school Valentine’s Day cards– y’know, those crappy paper ones that you tear out along the perforated edges…? Unfortunately, I only had four, which was much less than the number of Valentines I intended to mail. Problem!

Thank goodness for scanners. After a few short minutes I had 300dpi fodder for some digital Valentine collages that could be printed over and over and over again 4ever!!! I spent the rest of the week staying up too late playing on Photoshop and InDesign.
